"Concert of Birds" coaster set

Made of a highly heat and moisture resistant material, these practical coasters will keep even the most delicate tables clean and scratch-free. They reproduces some details from Frans Snyders's work, Concert of Birds (1629-1630). The representations of different birds perched on tree trunks as a Bird Concert, sometimes together with a musical score, were popularized by Flemish artists in the first decades of the 17th century, especially by Snyders.
