In 1982 Antonino Puglia, a passionate ceramist and artist, decided to create a workshop on the Sorrento peninsula to revive the ancient tradition of Campania’s artistic ceramics. This is the story behind how the laboratory Ceramica Artistica di Sorrento was born. In this collection the artist combines different motifs, such as the sun and the sea, or the vivid color palette of nature inspired by geometric and vegetable details. These limited series of ceramic pieces are made using the ancient traditions of the Sorrento peninsula.
