Brocades collection tray

Collection inspired by the details of the beautiful textile designs that appear in the works of the Museo del Prado from the 14th and 15th centuries. Patterns and prints based on the gilded details, sgraffito and relief decorations of these textiles represented in tapestries, rich vestments and cloths.

This teatowel reproduces one motive taken from the Retable of Saints John the Baptist and Catherine (1410-1412) by Juan de Sevilla (author of the original work) and Juan Soreda (author of the repainting).
