"Moroccan seated" notebook
18 x 24.5 cm (0.6 cm spine). 40 sheets (80 pages).
Following in the footsteps of friends such as Mariano Fortuny, Sánchez Perrier decided to embark on a trip to Tangiers. He returned with numerous sketches from life which, already extremely beautiful as drawings, would later become precious paintings. One of them is this Moroccan seated, reading (ca. 1888), executed in gouache technique, using brush, pen, pencil, composite pencil and grey ink on avitel paper, which is reproduced on the cover of this practical notebook.
