It was there that he began the painting The Garden of the Fortuny Residence, completed after his death by his great friend and brother-in-law Raimundo de Madrazo in 1877, who introduced into it the figure of his sister Cecilia, elegantly dressed in morning toilette, with fan and reddish parasol, reproduced in this beautiful waterproof toiletry bag.
