Its original and exclusive geometric design is inspired by one of the details of the work The Virgin of the Catholic Monarchs (1497), by the master of the same name, who introduced into painting the advances in perspective that were taking place in 15th century Spanish-Flemish painting, as can be seen in the coloured tiles, converted here into a precious pattern.
