In the Monasterio de las Clarisas de Villarrubia de los Ojos they have recovered the traditional techniques for making chocolate, which dates back to the 16th century in Spain, coming from America. The entire process is carried out inside the monastery, without intermediaries: from the tempering of the chocolate to the final packaged product.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, sunflower, soya, vanilla. Pistachios, hazelnuts and sultanas. May contain milk and other nuts.
