"The Sense of Smell" porcelain box

Porcelain. 8 x 8 cm base x 3 cm height.

This porcelain box has been handmade in a traditional way. Very useful with which you can easily and safely keep small and valuable objects organised. It reproduces on its lid a detail of the flowers and plants from The Sense of Smell (Peter Paul Rubens and Jan Brueghel the Elder, 1617-1618), a work that has been restored and presented to the public on the occasion of the exhibition The Essence of a Painting.
