The cover of this practical notebook shows the red, black and silver embroidered drawings of the masked dress worn by Queen Maria Theresa of Austria accompanied by the Grand Dauphin of France (circa 1664) on the canvas painted by Charles Beaubrun and Henri Beaubrun. This portrait was commissioned by Anne of Austria and sent to Madrid from Paris, which shows us the important activity carried out by the women of the Habsburg dinasty in the creation, exhibition and dissemination of art in early modern Europe.
